Adoption of a Resolution approving a Cooperation Agreement with the City for implementation and payment costs associated with housing projects funded by the Agency's set-aside funds for low and moderate income housing and making certain determinations and findings related thereto and approval of all related documents.

Informational Memo: Notification Schedule for Public Hearing on SB211 Amendment to Bayshore North Redevelopment Plan.

NEW BUSINESS:

 

A.

Adoption of a Resolution finding that the use of the Redevelopment Agency's Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund for housing services to be provided in Fiscal Year 2010-11 outside of the Redevelopment Project Areas by Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley, Inc. will benefit the Redevelopment Project Areas and approval of an Agreement for the Performance of Services with Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley, Inc., in the amount of $260,000, and all related documents for provision of administrative services for the Below Market Purchase Program.

 

B.

Adoption of a Resolution finding that the use of the Redevelopment Agency's Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund for Housing Pre-Development Activities and Land Acquisition at 1410-1456 El Camino Real for a mixed-use development of approximately forty (40) apartments and three thousand (3,000) square feet of retail commercial use to be provided in Fiscal Year 2010-11 outside of the Redevelopment Project Areas by CORE Affordable Housing, LLC will benefit the Redevelopment Project Areas; authorize the transfer of $200,000 from Unallocated RDA Supplemental Housing Set-Aside Project to the 1410 El Camino Real Housing Project; and approval of the Acquisition Loan Agreement and related documents with Presidio El Camino, LP to provide a loan, in the amount of $4,240,000, for site acquisition and predevelopment activities for the purpose of affordable housing development at 1410-1456 El Camino Real.
