Approval to hold in abeyance the funding request by the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County for Fiscal Year 2011-12 funding until a ruling by the California Supreme Court on the validity of AB 1X 26 and AB 1X 27 regarding the State of California's effort to eliminate redevelopment agencies and impose a payment obligation for continued agencies existence and approval to authorize the Executive Director to prepare a Funding Agreement with the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County for Redevelopment Agency approval to commit $250,000 for affordable housing purposes if AB 1X 26 and AB 1X 27 are ruled to be invalid.
