Adoption of Resolutions regarding the provision of public safety services; fire and medical emergency services; and, government support services for Super Bowl L and Super Bowl LI and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Governmental Services Agreement with the Stadium Authority, San Francisco Bid Committee and Forty Niners SC Stadium, LLC related to holding either Super Bowl L or LI at the Santa Clara Stadium.
